This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Japan and it’s a chain!! I LOVE hot pot, and everything about this place is perfect. Cute little cat robot brings your meats haha. Amazing selection of vegetables, cheap lunch and dinner prices for all you can eat with a delicious selection of broths for a small upcharge (~100 yen). The customers are pure animals. I saw a woman sneeze on the waffle batter. Another drunk couple made their young daughter pick up noodles many times. She didn’t use the provided tongs she just used her hands. That’s proper nasty. It’s noisy akin to having dinner in a child’s playground. The big problem is hygiene. As a tourist, shabu shabu is a must. Unlimited meat for 90 minutes... DELICIOUS! They have a great selection of veggies for the non-meateaters as well. It's a bit expensive, but if you are hungry, it's worth it!

The dessert bar is great too. Soft serve ice cream, shave ice and an array of delicious toppings.

The staff were very accommodating to a non-Japanese speaker. Very kind staff.
