Then a good balance of aromas from the nose. Pleasant acidity on the throat. When you close your mouth, the sweetness spreads all over your mouth. This is a coffee for when you want to feel bliss. If it were wine, it might be Pinot Noir! "UGANDA" This coffee profile is explicitly stated from the store, but I would say that it is a more enjoyable coffee than that. The size and color of the beans are outstanding. The coffee has a fruity aroma from the time the beans are ground. When you take a sip, the coffee is sweet and tart, and when you swallow it, it fills your mouth and throat with a pleasant coffee taste. The cooled flavor left in the cup is like coffee chocolate with just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommended.

Only hot cafe au lait that makes me surprised because there is no taste of coffee at all. Drip-coffee tastes not good with milk. I have tried twice and the 2 nd time still the same. No more hot coffee...

まさか、あの昔ながらの小さい喫茶店がこんなに近代的なコーヒーショップに？！

小田原駅前の狭くて細長いお店だった4年前。いつの間にか閉店し跡地にはとんかつ屋さんが。僕がお店を4年前に登録したの久しく。そして気づいたらオーナーが変わってなんとダイナシティの1Fに！完全にブームにのったコーヒーショップへと生まれ変わりました。

以前はご夫婦でやってる小さい喫茶店だったのに。陶器の器でコーヒーを出してくれるところ、好きだったんだけどな。

豆はかなりの種類が売られており、専門のバリスタさん含め4人がスタッフとして仕事をしています。若くておしゃれでかっこいい方々ばかり。完全にサードウェーブコーヒーの流れです。

イートインスペースがあるのでインドネシアのトラジャ　450円ほどを1杯頂きました。 口に入った瞬間の酸味、後味のフルーティさ、全体的に淡い苦味。とても...
