After visiting Mt. Hakone we wanted to get some food before heading back to Tokyo. Staying away from the main strip of restaurants has done us well on this trip and this was no exception. We saw a small sign on the side of a building that said Japanese BBQ & Beer and started looking. Once we found it the owner was still setting up as we got there a few minutes before 17:00 when they open for dinner. After sitting down and looking over the menu we weren't too excited at first but after ordering all of our fears were put to rest. The taste of the wagyu was downright impressive and we ended up ordering several more plates since they were on the small side for two people and wanted to try other cuts of meat.
