Hands down one of the best bowls of ramen I've had. I got the large special miso soup tonkatau bowl AND MAN WAS IT GOOD. It maintained the perfect balance of rich and flavorful while not being overpowering (I could actually enjoy the broth and the noodles). Best 1050yen I've spent!! Only comment is that you only get one piece of meat but I bought duck from the neighboring supermarket so I was...

Had dinner here as we wanted to explore Oita JR station and supermarkets around the place.

The ramen were pretty nice, and we especially liked the gyozas.

Other guests were having ramen and fried rice, which looked nice, but we declined as it looked like lots of carb.

Staff were friendly and helpful in selecting...

初めて来店しました。 お昼どき、外が猛暑で大分駅から出歩くのを断念… 駅構内のお店でお昼ご飯にすることに。 昼時でしたが、行列はなく待たずに入店できました。 ふくや太一盛りとご飯、ハイボールを注文しました。（鉄道利用） 注文時に、野菜の量、麺の硬さ、スープの濃さ、にんにくの量を聞かれます。普通、普通、普通、にんにく無し、でオーダー。 スープは一口めはやや塩辛く感じましたが、舌に残らず、麺、野菜にマッチした味。 チャーシューも太一らしく、丸く厚めながらも、やわらかで美味しくいただきました。 接客の店員さんは外国人でしたが、対応も良く店員同士の連携も良く出来ているようでした。
