This parfait is a delicious present that you slowly unfold as you finish each part. Each part is prepared with utmost care. First are the strawberries, they taste sweet. Paired with the whipped cream, the flavour of the fruit is brought out so well. Tart and sweet!

Once you are done with the strawberries , the milk sorbert area is slowly revealed. Remember to dig your spoon in, because the milk sorbert is paired with small cut fresh strawberries and milk pudding. It is not overly sweet and is instead extremely wholesome.

The final layer at the bottom is strawberry jelly. Not sure if it’s konnyaku but it’s a great ending to a rich dessert. Light and refreshing!

I would love to visit this shop in different seasons to see what kind of fruits they have.

Really a cosy and lovely break...

The shop ran out of their strawberry parfait by the time I was there (4pm on a Tuesday), but I have absolutely no regrets ordering the peach parfait, given the speed at which I devoured it. The peaches are mildly yet refreshingly sweet, giving it a light flavour that one doesn’t tire easily of. I typically cannot finish parfaits alone because of how overwhelming sweet they are after a few bites, but I feel like I can even have a second serving here 😊

So glad I discovered this on Google Maps — a wonderful treat after walking around the castle/garden...

Light, fresh desserts that use locally-grown seasonal fruits. No additives, and not too sweet.

So far I've tried the cream & fruit-filled " omelet" cakes, the cookies, and a mini parfait and everything has been delicious. Next time, I'll get a panna cotta 😁

The shop design is simple but bright, clean and stylish. Counter staff are friendly and efficient. Barrier-free entrance!!
