Cool public park which provides views of Okayama castle! I visited at night and it was very cool to see the castle lit up with many different colors! There are also picnic tables so this is a nice place to sit down and enjoy the view!

Nice tour of the castle and of the park. Castle takes not more than 1h for the tour. There are some interesting things to be seen in the internal museum. Ticket for both castle and park is cheaper.

It was my first time visiting Okayama and the castle was beautiful. I was impressed by the Ishigaki and castle and if you are interested in castles I recommend this place. The view from the castle was amazing.The castle may not be old and historical but you can enjoy the history of Okayama and it is worth a visit.The castle itself is rebuilt and pretty new but the history behind this castle is worth to learn about. The prices were reasonable so I am statisfied with my...

Nice park situated between Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. The park is more used as a thoroughfare to reach either the castle or garden but is a nice place to sit. The riverside walk is being improved and is now wheelchair accessible. The outdoor cafe is no longer open but there are two cafes on Korakuen side and a range of seating. Pleasant small area next to the river by the bridge. There isn't that much to see really but it provides a nice respite of your in the area and when the weather is nice there is a nice view of the river, bridge, and the castle. There are some seating areas and sakura cherry trees so you want find somewhere to eat your bento with a pleasant view then it's worth...
