McDonald's — Restaurant in Okayama

I usually goto this location for just a burger and the female manager is so kind , the burger is always great. I never get fries because they serve old and cold untill I found out if you ask no salt they are fresh. So this time I got a small no salt fries, after I received my order and sat down I realized they gave me extra extra small amount of fries. It was pathetic, I shouldn't need to go ask for more. After I finished mely extremely small and quick meal I watched the worker put two small orders of fries on the stand, they were full.

I showed the manager the photo and asked why mine was like this, he said sorry and walked away.

This only happens when I'm alone , not when I'm with my Japanese partner.

Look at the photos. You think it's ok to serve people this? Cause your a loser working at McDonald's?

The employee filling fries didn't even want to look at me. Shameful racist loser.

I will never go back to...

I ordered five Happy meals. I clearly pointed at the pancakes and then for McMuffins.

They gave me two chicken nuggets with zero sauce. One pancake and 2 McMuffins.

I understand you're busy but not once did I say chicken nuggets or point at them. That's bad enough and then you're going to give me zero dipping sauce?

ウ～ン！　何年　利用してるのか… 最近　スタッフさんの　接遇　何か　違ってきてるような…　私　個人の　感想です。 キビキビした所も　必要でしょう。 でも　自然に　出る　スマイルが　欠けている。 自然が　無理なら 女優さんに　なった感じで　営業スマイルでも　いいからしてほしいです。 だから　言葉も　余計に　きつく聞こえる。 この間　ドリンクか　ハンバーグ　無料　チケット4枚　持っていって これで　ハンバーガー 4個　下さい。　　って　伝え　勿論　QRコード読み込みは　私が　するつもりだったのに 速攻　　これは　お客様で　やっていただかないと　こちらでは　対応出来かねます。 やんわりとした　言葉で　言って欲しい。 へっ？　って　思ったけど。　読み取りはじめたら　『まとめて　してください。』 はぁ？　キツイ言葉… まとめて　する方法　知らないし　お客さんが　並んでないこと　確認して　一応　私なりに　気を使ってんですけど　何か　嫌な事　プライベートで　ありましたか？ 結局　１つ１つ　読み取って　4個　貰って　帰りました。 でも　こんな　残念な　スタッフさんが　数人いるよね。 他の　飲食店で　この話したら　子供に　頼まれて　ファミリーセット？ と　ドリンク　5人分　買って　家で　家族に　渡したら　　ストロー無いで！　とか　ポテト　足らんで！　とか　おもちゃ入ってないで！　って　何度か　あったから 中身　一応　確認してた方が　いいよって 教えてくれた人が　いました。 別の　トラブルだな。 でも　どーなんだか… スタッフの　意識改革　必要なのでは？ 創業者　藤田　田　さんが　おられたら　どう　思われるんだろうか？ そのうち　赤磐市の　どこだろう？ マクド　出きる予定らしいから　少しは　ダメージ　あるでしょうねー。 お客は　見てるし　感じてるし　選ぶ余地が　あれば　自分好みの　店舗　選ぶし　オープンするなら　しばらくは　新店舗に　皆さん　流れて　行くでしょう。 早く　赤磐市長さーん　頑張って　新店舗　応援して下さい。 コス...
