Mos Burger Okayama Haraoshima — Restaurant in Okayama

I ate here a few weeks ago, it was my first visit to moss burger in a few years. I ordered the original moss burger, fish burger and chicken burger with a side of fries for eat in.

It was a big order but it didn’t take very long until it arrived at my table. It was presented very nicely, the food was still hot and had obviously just been freshly cooked. Some other burger restaurants tend to reheat orders or serve food that was made prior but here it was made fresh which I really appreciated.

Everything tasted great and overall was well worth the total cost of ¥1300. Thank you moss burger...

令和7年8月9日10時40分頃にネット注文で11時30分に持ち帰り予約したが、予定より40分ほど早く到着してしまったため、商品受取を出来あがり次第に変更しようとお願いしましたが、それはできないと断れました。しかたなく駐車場で待機していましたが、それからドライブスルーや持ち帰り注文してきた方に順番をどんどん抜かれてしまい、非常に悔しい思いをしました。 システム上では、変更できない等の都合はあるとは思いますが、ネット注文キャンセル処置で、店頭持ち帰り注文に変更をするとか、レジから注文ボードが見えるので確認したが待っているお客さんも少なかったので、そこは臨機応変に対応していただけたら無駄に待たなくてもすぐに持ち帰れたのではないでしょうか。 料理は美味しいので頻繁にウーバー等を活用してこの店舗を利用させてもらっていたが、ネット注文対応は残念でした。 引き続きこの店舗は利用したいので、今後このようなことがないように、対応策を...
