Feeling in the mood to have some chicken skewers I decided to give toritetsu a try recently, and to be honest I have to say I was underwhelmed.
It’s a Tokyo based yakitori chain restaurant but they had a branch out here in Okayama. The prices were slightly higher than other yakitori restaurants I’ve been to in the past and the quality of the yakitori wasn’t as good as I had expected.

We also asked for extra sauces and tap water via Google translate on our phones and staff were very hospitable! We ate a range of yakitori sticks and Karaag chicken. We stayed nearby at Dormy Inn hotel so was very easy to get to this venue. Thank you for a...
