Genten — Restaurant in Okinawa

A true Gem. A magical experience and a place where time stands still. Charming deco, very clean, serving excellent hand drip and ice drip coffee. That day I was lucky to try their organic Peruvian single origin beans. The coffee is topped with milk and the owner suggests not to mix it. A very special Kappa indeed, enjoyed with views of the roasting machine, professional and friendly senior owners. They reccomended me to visit in the morning, either way I will be back there for sure....

Beautiful Coffee shop on the way to Rycom mall, I couldn't stay long but my experience was wonderful. The owner's family sounds filled with talented artists, with himself not being an exception! It was 600 yen for a cup of coffee, great place to stop. The owner was very polite and patient with what little Japanese I do speak. I'll be back when I'm not so busy and preferably when I speak...
