By chance, we discovered the local ramen restaurant during our search for a place to eat. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by an energetic atmosphere and cozy seating arrangements. It was clear that this was a typical local spot, brimming with character.
The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the rich noodle broth. It had a delightful flavor that left a lasting impression. However, the gyoza, unfortunately, didn't quite meet my expectations. They were rather average, lacking the juiciness and the intact skin that I prefer.
I also had the opportunity to try the dipped cold noodles, but the soup base turned out to be overly salted for my taste. The bean sprouts, while decent, didn't offer any remarkable surprises.
Despite these mixed experiences, one aspect truly stood out—the texture and consistency of the cold dipped noodles. They were served at the perfect temperature and had a delightful slight chewiness, reminiscent of the beloved "al dente" texture.
It's important to note that these comments are solely based on my subjective opinion. Different food enthusiasts will have varying preferences and tastes. What may not have impressed me might be someone else's favorite.
Car park and the sign were very easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

New ordering kiosk machine to order from now! Last time I was here the employee took your payment! Yen and Card ok!
Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with a very very strong pork aroma, which embodies every bowl of soup created at this establishment! I was not too pleased by it, but I got over it eventually!!!! It was pretty busy during the lunch rush, but I was attended to immediately!
I ordered the AKATSUKUMEN dipping noodle, with one toppin (Extra cost for aji tama, doesn’t come with an egg). I was pleased to see several items to help create your own seasonings to adjust the bowl to your liking! I love the garlic and chilli oil choices!
I find it more enjoyable than a bowl of ramen these days! I enjoyed my dipping noodles! My first impression of the spicy Tsukumen was it was pretty salty and it had a strong sour flavor. With a little vinegar that can change the flavor easily!
I wish I ordered a larger serving size for my noodles because I left wanting more noodles, but still felt full! 80%! Important not to over eat! 🫢😅.
Still would recommend!

Read moreHonestly my favorite ramen spot in Japan so far. Customer service is so polite and friendly. They are super nice and help with whatever you need. Wait time is only about 5-10 minutes which is pretty fast. The food is amazing and has a rich flavor and the perfect thickness and texture to the noodles. The toppings are amazing like the chashu and eggs. Additionally, there are free toys for the kids after eating. They also have different sides such as gyoza and rice Chakomadon. The gyoza is super delicious too. I will be adding a lot more photos on this place so please...
