Food was good, but service could be better. They have these plexiglass dividers set up in the middle of the table. I arrived with my girlfriend in the same vehicle, but now I have to have this plexiglass shield between us. It didn’t make sense. I looked around and noticed other customers moved it out of the way. The female worker rudely walked up and put it back. So I moved it again. She came back and put it back while doing so she put the divider in my rice. Wir waren bereits bei einer anderen steak House 88 Filiale welche fantastisch war ! Deswegen waren wir umso enttäuschter von dieser hier . Der Service war mittelmäßig und wenn man kein japanisch kann wurde man eher vermieden. Das eigentliche Problem für mich war das kein Steak Pfeffer sonder billiger Puder Pfeffer auf den Tischen stand , es hat so furchtbar geschmeckt und das komplette steak ruiniert. Jeder der mit Steak arbeitet muss sich eigentlich bewusst sein das man grobes Salz und Pfeffer braucht um einen guten Geschmack zu erreichen. Durch die billig Gewürze in Plastik Dosen auf dem Tisch hat mein Fleisch am Ende wie ein wässriges billiges Stück Fleisch aus dem Supermarkt geschmeckt, das war sehr enttäuschend. Ebenfalls war es eiskalt in der Filiale und ich hatte einige sehr braune Stücke Brokkoli erwischt. Es gibt deutlich bessere Standorte, aber zu dieser werden wir nicht zurück kehren .
