The food was good enough, but the service was atrocious. They made us stand in the cold for twenty minutes while 3 whole tables were empty (with other groups in line behind us, too), they messed up our order and forgot entire dishes, they left the gyoza sauce empty from the previous group until we asked them to refill it so we could have some, they had no napkins or wipes to offer, and we often had to get their attention several times to ask or request anything. It really seemed like they didn't want us there and would have preferred if we went away. While the food was good and some of the dishes seemed like a good value, I can't really recommend this place. お盆期間中に初めて行きました。有名どころかつ評価高めだったので楽しみにしつつ下調べせずに行くとその期間はテイクアウトのみ、そして18時までと店の壁に書いてありました。店内でゆっくり食べたかったのですがまぁこちらも調べてなかったのも悪いと思い仕方なしでテイクアウトをしようとメニューを見て頼もうとしたら受付の店員のババアにもう餃子しかない。とキツめに言われました。たしかに18時ギリギリに着いたけどその言い方はないなーとカチンときましたが、まぁそこも美味かったらいいかと思い我慢。前に並んでいたお客さんは電話注文して取りに来ていたのか他のものも持ち帰りしてたのでそんなことまでしなきゃいけないのかと思いました。時短しててこれには店のやる気も愛想も感じませんでした。餃子3人前を持ち帰って食べるのに袋は要らないとこちらはいいましたが箸やタレもないしそもそも聞かれなかったのでどうなってだよここ。どうやって食えと？あと出来立てを早く出してくれてありがたいけど、持ってきてくれたニーちゃん（ババアがこちらが不機嫌そうに思ったのか引き渡し時は出てこなかった）も態度悪い。やすいうまいとかよりも接客が終わってる。焼き立てだった為すぐその場で手で食べるも感動もなく少し美味いぐらいの味でした。帰ってから手持ちの餃子タレにつけて食べるとまぁまぁ美味しくなったのでタレつけるのは必須かと。ここは何食べても美味いと言っていますが味濃い目なのでビールは必須です。辛めに評価しましたがわざわざ行く理由が思いつかない為...
