Agu No Kakurega Fuchaku — Restaurant in Onna

We were attracted by the look of this place. It is right next to our hotel Rizzan. We had the all you can eat BBQ upstairs. Small selection from the course/menu. All the meats were frozen and very bad quality. It is probably the worse quality of meats I have ever tried. It doesn't taste fresh and hard to chew. We only ordered a few then decided to leave. It got really smoky inside towards the end. When we walk passed downstairs shabushabu tables we realised there are more selection for shabushabbu ( hotpot). So if you really want to try out this place go for the shabushabu instead of the all you can eat bbq. Although I doubt the quality will be any better. There are many all you can eat bbq in Okinawa. I do not recommended this one.

Updated: I tried many other places for "All You Can Eat BBQ" in Okinawa. My recommendations :

Ryukyu No Ushi ( very popular place,normally there is a big waiting line, good quality meat, more pricy)

-Yakiniku Goen Chatan Branch ( my personal favourite! big selection of menu, good price)

-炭火焼肉 美ら浜 ( looking for somewhere nearby? This place is right behind this restaurant inside Rizzan Hotel. Its on the beach facing the ocean. Not the best quality of food but better than this place. Overall it was decent and its outdoor. Very convenient if you're staying at Rizzan or nearby.)

沒吃過這麼難吃的烤肉餐廳 (樓上是烤肉，樓下是火鍋）....烤肉菜單選擇超少，才兩桌人裡面煙就開始濃了，而且肉品質超差 全部冷凍，烤完難咬又難吃...

Food is good quality and service is good. We honestly told the server we had no clue how to cook meat. He came forward to help us!! English service is limited but is enough to understand us. We used Google image translate so it’s convenient for us to order food. We ordered the best quality of beef and pork. It cost a lot but worth it. We ordered steam styles, dipping sauce after cooked, and iron style, cooking with sweet soy sauce. Kids loved the iron style, rich flavor, and I personally liked steam style, original flap or. BTW, I asked hotel front desk to make reservation for us so we just needed to show up on time...

懇親会で利用しましたが、飲食店としての基本すら成立していない、驚くほど劣悪な対応の連続でした。 この店舗を「飲食店」と呼ぶこと自体、客に対する侮辱とすら感じます。

まず最大の問題は不当な料金の上乗せ請求です。事前に案内された金額と異なる会計を提示され、明らかに誤魔化そうとする姿勢が見られました。こちらが理詰めで追及した結果、ようやく渋々返金に応じましたが、それまでの態度は開き直りとも言える悪質さ。 これはうっかりではなく、意図的な「上乗せ請求」であると強く疑わざるを得ません。こうした店舗が営業を続けている事実に、地域全体の品位が問われるレベルです。

スタッフの対応も目を疑うほど酷い。特にアジア系スタッフの無愛想さは特筆に値します。接客業における最低限の礼節や気配りが一切感じられない。 これは国籍や言語の問題ではありません。職業倫理以前の、態度と人間性の問題です。「いらっしゃいませ」も「ありがとうございました」もない空間に、果たして誰が金を払いたいと思うでしょうか。

極めつけは、20名で事前に予約していたにもかかわらず、屋内席が一切用意されておらず、寒風の吹く店先の半屋外席に案内されたこと。 もはや「予約」という言葉の意味を理解していないとしか思えません。季節感も配慮もゼロ、暖房設備もなし。客を「集客数」としか見ていないのが露骨です。

総じて、不誠実・不親切・不快の三拍子が揃った最低ランクの店です。 「接客」「サービス」「信頼」──どれか一つでもこの店に存在したでしょうか。 私はこの店舗を、同業者全体の信頼を傷つける存在として厳しく非難します。リザン宿泊などで必要に迫られても不愉快な思いをするだけなので他店を利用する...
