沖縄では夕陽が東シナ海へ沈んでいくのがこの時期19時20分をまわります。実際には昼間の時間が最も長い夏至で夏至から2週間が経過しているにも関わらず陽が長いですね。そして沖縄に来てディナーもブレックファーストも全てリザンシーパークホテル谷茶ベイ内のレストランで頂いております。この日はBBQを頂きに『HIBISアイビス』さんへ先ずは電話して混雑具合を確認です。屋内は混み合ってるけどテラスなら余裕があるとのことで7時過ぎにお伺いしました。到着した時点ではまだ明るく丁度太陽が水平線のむこうに沈み始める頃でした。実はこの日海洋博公園で花火大会があるのでテラス席から見られるかなぁと期待していたのですが直線で50kmの距離は流石に遠かったですね。陽が沈み始めるとテラスでもそれほど暑い！って困る事は無かったです。さてBBQですが席毎にグリルが用意され席に案内されてからスタッフに火をつけて頂きます。たれを準備して頂きます。飲み物はやはりオリオンの中生ジョッキーでしょ♪ 具材は店内の冷蔵BOXにお肉・海鮮や焼き野菜、生野菜や一品からごはんやセルフで作る沖縄そばなどとスィーツ、アイスクリームと充実してますね。お肉は牛・豚・鶏とあり牛はミスジやカルビなどの部位も用意されているのが嬉しいですね。海鮮はいか、えび、貝柱（ベビーホタテ）が置かれていました。 1回目でお肉たっぷりと野菜サラダとキムチや一品をピックアップしいざBBQ じょじょに暗がりが迫りイルミネーションが点灯されると良い感じに雰囲気が盛り上がってきますね笑ひと通り頂いたあとは焼き野菜や沖縄そばを自分でゆがいてトッピングも好みで作ります。最後は紅芋のアイスで〆でした。お腹いっぱいでこの3日間で何キロ太ったんだろうかなぁ〜

３連泊中の「リザンシーパークホテル谷茶ベイ」で、２日目の夕食で此方のレストランを利用。いわゆるバーベキューレストランであり、屋外のテラス席がメインだが屋内にもテーブル席が多数ある。今回はテラス席を選んだが、イルミネーションを眺め潮騒を聞きながら頂ける最高のロケーション。まずはキンキンに冷えたジョッキに注がれた、オリオン生ビールで乾杯。料理はバイキング形式なのだが、大好物の海鮮は海老・帆立・烏賊の３種が。残念ながら烏賊は小さく焦げる事が容易に想像でき、今回は海老と帆立のみ。帆立はいわゆるボイルベビーホタテだったので、バーベキューコンロでサクッと炙って頂く。これが想像以上に美味しく感じたのは、私の焼き方が良かったからなのか。海老はさすがにサイズダウンしてしまうが、無難な美味しさ。お肉は牛や豚の各部位に鶏肉もあり、肉質は冷凍ながら悪くはない。一応それなりに焼き野菜やサラダなどバランス良く揃っており、お腹もしっかり満たされる。１２月にバーベキューをやるとは思いもしなかったが、暖かい冬の夜に楽しい時間を過ごせた。ごちそうさまでした。

今回の沖縄で一番のホテル！「リザンシー・パーク・ホテル」の中にあるBBQレストラン。 2食付きで予約を入れたので、ホテル内の和洋折衷なバイキングとか３つの選択肢からBBQを選びました。庭でBBQです！お肉はミスジ、カルビ、ロース、鶏、豚、ラムなどです。まぁ肉質は、この際どうのこうの言ってもしょうがない。気にしませんが、ラム肉が一番美味しかったかな！それよりもこの雰囲気ですよねーデザートも種類が多くて悩みます・・・この日は夕方涼しくて、絶好のBBQ日和りでした！ここん家、実際はいくらするんだろうと調べてみたら、どこも1人じゃ予約できないみたいで、値段が出て来なかったです….(^◇^;) 時間制限あるのかなぁ〜！？特に何も言われなかったような気がしましたけど・・・

Price wasn't too bad.

Seating you have indoor and outdoor, we sat indoor and it was okay. Being a bigger person the seats where uncomfortable.

The food was okay. For the price it might be worth it especially if you have a group since it's all you can eat. The selection of meat wasn't the best and some of th cuts lacked on flavor even with dipping sauce.

If you are going during covid and soe they do serve alcohol but only until 7pm.

Over all for a big group it would be worth it. Maybe if you go alone or with one person I...
