Went there last night with two friends. One friend found a tiny COCKROACH in his plate! We were really shocked!
What was even more disgusting was that a staff member (probably the manager cuz she wore a different T-shirt from other staffers) showed her indifference as if the cockroach was none of her business after we showed her the plate. No apology! No explanation! She just took the plate away and gave my friend a new one.
I have been to Okinawa three times. This was the first time I had such an unpleasant experience. It’s really difficult to imagine this could happen in Okinawa (or even Japan). I would definitely suggest everyone stays away from this restaurant, unless you wanna try their authentic...

But then we got the ¥3500 Ishigaki steal, which by all accounts should be delicious. It was the worst wagyu we’ve had since being in Japan. Tiny, ridiculously small amount. And just full of fat, chunks. Nothing like the delicious marble wagyu we’ve been eating here. For the price we expected a lot more out of it. And not to mention they charge a ¥400 cover charge per person just to eat there. Wouldn’t recommend. Your money is better spent elsewhere such as the buffet...

It gives you a real experience in Japanese dining in which you have to take your shoes off at the entrence and allows for pre-devined mails as shown in 2 of the photos. These is a ton of options in the menu and the prices are very fair. We payed about 2.500 yen per person including drinks and tax (which will be added in then end). Do note the prices in the menu are without taxes! Also then menu outside it completely Japanese, while the menu inside also contains the English name...
