I ordered Agu pork shabu shabu. However, I think it’s either not Agu pork or just a lower quality grade. I had my first experience of Agu pork at another restaurant in Naha. The fat smelled and tasted like Italian Parma ham. There was no strong smell at all.
The Agu pork I had here doesn’t taste similar at all and there was a slight smell as well.
