Came right in the afternoon at 11am with a party of four. Some things to note is you can ring the bell to alert that you are here. The menu items can be limited depending on the availability of certain items. We did take off our shoes at the front so due be aware of this when entering. The lady hostess can speak decent English and guided us to our table with an explanation on eel bowl servings and the condiments after the meal was served. With 4 servings of eel came with a few side dishes and it did take about 20-25 minutes as they were grilled after we ordered them. The taste was great although I think the price could be a bit lower. Overall I would come again and recommend to try out some nice eel bowls and enjoy a cozy atmosphere....

If you pay 5000 to 7000 yen you can find good eel restaurants in tokyo and kyoto. You can not use the credit card in this restaurant which means they want to avoid the tax.
