I had pretty much given up on finding bread I truly enjoy near my place. Then my friend told me about this bakery so I went to try. It is a little hidden in a small street so I had never seen it. Since I went the first time, I have come back every week. Not only is the bread delicious, but the prices are very reasonable. It is not the cheapest bakery in the area but in my opinion, it is the highest quality. I finally found a bakery that reminds me of the bread I used to have in France so I’m happy. I usually buy their campagne bread which is a big ball and it lasts me for about a week, as I enjoy it a little crispy in the toaster, for sandwiches or with butter and jam. And I absolutely love their mentaiko bread, it’s the best I’ve had in Japan. The texture is perfect, a little crispy outside and soft inside with a LOT of filling. A real treat. I tried their croque monsieur too and once again, they were very generous on the filling, it was pretty creamy and the bread was perfect. I believe they use their campagne bread for it. Today I also got a croissant and a cocoa brioche. The brioche was very good and didn’t have an overpowering taste of chocolate. It was the right. And the croissant was just amazing. I wish I had gotten two. I obviously highly recommend this bakery. I do understand that their bread it a little different in taste and texture from what is usually found in other bakeries so it might not be for everyone’s taste. Please do give it a try though !

九条に住んでいる親戚の家に行く時 丁度パンが食べたくて、小麦yanという変わったフレーズに誘われて入店し 自分の好きなベーコンエピと、その他みんなが食べそうなパンを買っていきました。

チビっこたちがパンを食べて「美味しい！」とはしゃぐので私も買ったベーコンエピを食べると 今まで食べて来たベーコンエピをはるかに上回る美味しさで驚きチビっこ達と一緒にはしゃぎまわってしまいました。

職場の皆にも食べて欲しくなり 通勤で少し遠回りになりますが寄り道をして色んなパンを買って職場の皆に食べてもらいながら 私も気になるパンを次々と買い食べています。

様々ある中、私と職場の子達はホットドッグ、それもチョリソードッグに心奪われました。 心が奪われたなんてものじゃありません。

ファストフードチェーン店、道の駅やサービスエリア 映画館等でホットドッグを頼んで食べた時「あぁ...yanのホットドッグの方が美味いな...」という気持ちになる そんなホットドッグです。

そんなチョリソードッグは夏限定

なんて事でしょうか...

しかし夏限定があるなら秋限定、冬限定、春限定もあることでしょう。

こないだ自転車で通りすがり、 天然酵母のノボリが気になっていたところ、 パートナーに買ってきてもらったこちらのパンをいただきました。 安くて美味しいのだそう。

食べたパンは、 (名称不明) ・ツナパン ・生ハムとクリームチーズのパン ・ブルーベリーパン です。

他にも買ってきてましたけど、 この３つだけでもかなり美味しかったです✨ ツナパンなんて、アクセントにキュウリが入ってましたが、これがまたいい！！ 生ハムのなんて、買い占めたいくらい美味しい。

安くて美味い、しかも身体に優しいなんて、最高のお店だと思います。

クチコミの評価で低い点数を付けてる人は、 最寄りのパン屋の回し者じゃないかと思います(笑)

何にせよ、ここのパン屋は高評価のクチコミ通りですね！ コーヒーも買えるそうで、次は直接行って、サービスや雰囲気をみたいと思います。...
