We were really excited for a Japanese breakfast and this was definitely a great spot for it. Very simple and light meal but filling. A little bit in the middle of nowhere but we liked that cause we could explore a living area more closely. We went in at 10am on a Sunday without reservation. Definitely satisfied the craving. 2025年秋　朝食で利用 ・朝ごはん定食（燻製しょうゆ漬卵黄の卵かけごはん、具沢山な豚汁、小鉢、漬物） 燻製醤油漬卵黄はプリッとして濃厚。燻製オリーブオイルが席に置いてあり、使用したところ燻製調味料の中でも香ばしい風味が強くて良い味変となった。 豆腐の肉味噌は柚子胡椒が少しだけ効いてていい風味。小鉢の大根はぶり大根？の大根の味でしみっしみ。 豚汁が白胡麻少し感じれて美味しい！豚の油も甘く、野菜たちに埋もれない。具材のもやしとキャベツとにんじんときのこで食べ応えもありほっこりした。 【雰囲気】 土日の午前のみ営業。古民家を改装した落ち着いた店内で、民泊？ホテル？をやっている。 【次回】 次回も...
