My partner and I (from Australia) were very excited to try this place after reading all the good reviews and the menu. We waited outside for a table for about 25 minutes, when we were escorted into the buzzing setting and presented with English menus. As I ordered the different dumplings/gyoza I informed the staff member of my severe shellfish allergy, believing what I ordered would be okay. A few minutes later another staff member approached to let us know what I had ordered infact had oyster sauce infused in the filling, and asked if that would be okay. Unfortunately for me, it wouldn't be, however they were very accommodating and gave me an array of foods to try that wouldn't risk an allergic reaction.

The pork in the fruit soy sauce was one of the most delicious dishes I've ever eaten, as was the cheesy egg role with jalapeno.

And my partner really enjoyed all of the gyoza/dumplings he ordered to eat.

Incredible experience through and through from the service to the amazing food.

The atmosphere in the venue is great and the considerations from the staff are stellar with a vegetarian/vegan menu pre-printed for those that need it and (when we visited) an English speaking member of staff that made the process extremely smooth when communicating about a peanut allergy in the group.

The kitchen is lively and cooking up some incredible dishes so please visit to see it for yourself.

Yet another anti-foreigner establishment. We arrived at around 5.30pm and were turned away with the excuse that they were full...

But they probably forgot that the restaurant had massive windows facing the street, and we could clearly see loads of empty seats inside. Shortly after, a trio of locals arrived and they were not turned away.

Please come up with a better excuse for turning away foreigners next time! This lie was too blatant and honestly a little sad, you can do...
