Food: 4/5 Shoyu ramen and fried rice, 3/5 Shio ramen and gyoza Service: 4/5 Good service at the counter Value: 3/5 A bit pricey for the amount of food Ambiance: 4/5 Food court environment, clean storefront

Had an opportunity to try some shoyu (soy sauce based) ramen at 1968 Kotan, the ramen noodles were boiled properly and the ramen broth was rich and complex in flavors. The fried rice was tasty as well.

2nd visit, Shio (salt based broth) ramen with a side of fried rice and gyoza (pot stickers), sadly the salt based broth was quite bland, and the gyoza was average at best, the fried...

Good taste. but they will get food poison claim very soon. my food was cooked by this nasty spoon and was put besides the wok directly. and I open the chop stick and see what was inside? I wanna know who is the...

昨日は社会人野球の応援のために京セラドームに行っておりました。。。

ハイボール無限ループ突然したところまでは覚えているんですが、その後の行動を写真をもとに回想いたします(о´∀`о)

まだ17時くらいだったので、お隣のイオンモール大阪ドームシティのフードコートに立ち寄り、『古潭』さんで麺活をしたようです（笑）

先にお支払いする仕組みなので「豚バラ古潭ラーメン（味噌）」をお願いして、現金でお支払い（レシート有り）を済ませ、ベルを受け取って着席(´꒳`)

無事に酔っぱらいのベルが鳴り、胡椒をふりかけてからのセルフ着丼です♡

パツッと食感な中太ストレートな麺は、ちゃんと整列していますが全体的に歪んだお写真(´∀｀)アハ

シャキシャキ食感のヤサイと一緒に頂きました♪

酔っていてもバラタイプのチャーシューを欲した自分に少し好感度、テロッと柔らかく歯茎でイケちゃうタイプでした(´ω`)

卵が燻製タイプで香ばしく、追加でおビールは我慢をしたようです！

塩味は抑えられ芳醇な味噌の風味が広がる、どこか懐かしさを感じられるお味に、酔っぱらいは大満足で全汁完食を...
