Chicken and seafood ramen komugi — Restaurant in Osaka

A stylish little ramen restaurant with excellent offerings. The store has been around for almost a decade, but the interior was stylish, modern, and well maintained. The menus were very fun, bound in boards and nicely laminated inside. Their basic ramen is chicken and fish based broth with thin noodles, half of a red-yolk egg, green onion, and peppered chaashuu (pork belly). The soup was very flavorful with plenty of collagen, even though it was chicken and fish based (soups with this much collagen are usually pork-based). The peppered chaashuu was great, giving the ramen a touch of style beyond the basic ramen joint. The egg was very nicely cooked with a soaked outside and a liquid center. The store staff were also very nice, even polite to delivery staff that would frequent the store. The prices were also very reasonable, the basic ramen being only 750 yen and going up from there. 大阪市城東区「鶏と魚介らぁ麺komugi」さん

大阪メトロ今里筋線・長堀鶴見緑地線「蒲生四丁目駅」から東へ徒歩すぐのところにある「鶏と魚介らぁ麺komugi」さんへお伺いさせていただきました。

入口にある自動販売機は持ち帰り用のなので、店内飲食の方は気にせずイン！

★「komugi特選白湯ラーメン」（1400円税込み）をオーダー

7〜8分で着丼

パッとした見た目はエスプーマ系鶏白湯スープのチャーシュー多めって感じですね〜 よく見ると、真ん中に茄子としめじが乗せてありますね、なかなか珍しい組み合わせです。

まずは8時間煮込まれたスープから・・・ おっ！鶏白湯に魚介系も入ってますね、クリーミーですが味は薄めで見た目のインパクトと比べてかなり上品な味わい。 これはめっちゃ飲めます！ 美味しく飲めるスープです。

チャーシューは「豚バラ」と「レアチャーシュー」でどちらも厚めの切り口で隙間にスープが絡んできて美味しいです。 ※豚肉は国産の「松坂豚」というのを使っているそうです。

続いては麺・・・ 中細ストレートでスルスルっと口の奥に入っていきます。この太さだとちょうど良い感じにスープが絡んできますね〜

全体的には「茄子」や「しめじ」「自家製柚子胡椒」に「アルカリイオン水」、更にお冷は「ジャスミン茶+黒烏龍茶」だったり、色々と拘りが感じられる「komugi特選白湯ラーメン」でした。

ここのお店のコンセプトである「毎日食べても飽きの来ないラーメン屋」というのがわかる味わいでした。
