McDonald's Hankyu Awaji — Restaurant in Osaka

This location is fine but the only reason I have it 4 stars is because it does not have the self serve order kiosks and you need to go up to the counter to place your order. This isn't really a bad thing but it's a little less convenient compared to the self-serve machines.

Aside from that it's a nice location with a decent amount of upstairs seating. The food was good and the staff were all friendly. It can get busy since it's right across from awaji station.

We live nearby, sometime stop by this mac donald at lunch time. We are very impressed of a staff whose name “Ishido”. Such a lovely, nice lady. She takes very good care of customers around, especially with children. Several times, after finish our meals, there are also others staffs wearing different kind of uniform (who we supposed to be 店長 or 社員), offer to clean up our trays with a big smile on their faces. What a wonderful experience. Coming from the States, the meal options are sort of similar yet so different. They have much better options for the sides of a meal, and sure, the portions of the burgers are on a smaller side, yet they are full of flavor and so yummy.
