A highly-rated ramen shop around five minutes from Ebie station or 10 minutes from Noda station. There were only counter seats, with their consistent Michelin Bib Gourmand plaques on display. I ordered their special niboshi soba for 1600 yen and second bowl of chuuka soba for 600 yen. They don’t do large servings, just second bowls. The bowl is quite pricey, but trust me it’s worth it. The noodles were very silky. The chashu did the harden up over time, and as far as niboshi style ramen goes, this was the clearest I’ve eaten so far as there were no sediments at the bottom when I finished the bowl. Overall an easy to take meal. They didn’t give me the full experience however with the separate small bowl for cooling down the stuff so I have to deduct points for that.
