Yasaka Shrine — Attraction in Osaka

This is a shrine that is less visited by tourists, because there are not many nearby attractions. However, it is a great place to visit during the summer festival, which is held on July 17th and 18th every year. You can feel the festive atmosphere with the local people, and even participate in some activities such as pulling the danjiri (a wooden cart decorated with carvings and curtains) or playing musical instruments. After that, you can also choose to enjoy food in the nearby shopping street by walking. 地元の方に愛されている神社。 枕太鼓が1台、だんじりが3台あります。 夏と秋に祭りがあり、4台（北ノ町・南ノ町・西之町・東之町）がそれぞれの町を巡行します。 特に珍しいのがだんじりの屋根に乗っている屋根方（やねかた）が逆立ちをします！ これは一見の価値ありです！

夕方前には野田阪神駅のバスターミナルに集結し、野田阪神から八坂神社へと続く道（パレード筋と呼ばれる）を宮入りまで北ノ町から順に巡行します。 ちなみに北ノ町は毎年固定で先頭ですが、 その他三丁町は年毎にローテーションして順番が変わります。

地元の人にとても愛されてる神社です。 風情、というか　神社全体に流れてる空気がとってもいいです。 おおきな木に囲まれてて綺麗です。 いつもすみずみまで清掃されています。 しばらく神社にいると、ほんとうに多くの方が参拝に来れられますね。

稲荷神社や恵比寿神社、淡路龍王を祀った神社、不動明王。 脇にも小さいけれど沢山の末社があります。
