Park Side Grille — Restaurant in Osaka

In order to eat here you have to download an app and give permission for notification just to make a reservation , try not to eat there around 3 pm , they are doing a menu change , you will be waiting! My wife ordered a steak, and it was tough . I ordered chicken , I had to send it back to the kitchen for additional cooking . The wait staff acted like they never had never had food sent back . They don’t serve baked potato, no A1 or sour cream. Basically if you’re a local I’m sure the food is ok , if you want American style steak or chicken you probably will be disappointed ....

Really bad service received from this place. First they require you to have reservation by 2pm. If not they will not sit you at all. I was there at 230 asking for a seat in the restaurant and willing to wait. They told me no more space for the rest of the day. I told them to let me sit on one of their many empty chairs for a chance to look for another restaurant and was rejected and asked to leave. What a ridiculous restaurant in terms of their service. The next moment I saw a couple of Japanese going in WITHOUT reservation. Really...

Great restaurant and great service! Put our names down (90 min wait) (also a very very busy day at the park, so almost everywhere was like an hour wait) went and shopped and enjoyed the park, and then came back and were seated right away. The steaks & corn potage was delicious. Our waitress was so kind and offered to take our picture! (Also on a note of the rollercoasters - the backdrop Hollywood Dream ride is a BLAST. Definitely recommend the 20 min or so longer wait for backdrop over the regular...
