Hotel Keihan Universal Tower USJ — Hotel in Osaka

2nd time to universal city and 1st time at this hotel this time enjoyed by the family in what looks recently renovated room with a underwater themed backdrop in the room i think on the 14th floor i cant remember now|Very clean room and very spacious hotel to put all your belongings and for the kifs to run around and not feeling tight againgst the walls with awesome views looking over universal city which showcases shops and eaterys before or after spending your days and night at USJ.|Being my 2nd time to universal city i can let use all know the easy navigation of everything around the hotel.|Only a 2 minute walk from the train station from the entrance of the hotel with lawsons and 7/11 directly below and across from entrance with speciallty resturants like forrest gumps,mcdonald and a tullys(coffee shop) in a stone throw away walk with other giftshops,chemist and eaterys also in that walk.|Hotel keihan would be the 2nd closest hotel to the front gates of USJ being only minutes walk but people who havent being before always want to stay at park front due to it being at the front but can easily assure you that there about 50m apart from each other give or take see photos for guide tho the room has excellent views the Park front was an eyesore blocking what would be great photo and views of USJ not that its in issue was just unlucky.|Rooms anf bathrooms are very clean and cleaners done great job ensuring it was maintained due to have 2 children leaving kids messes.beds were probs some of the comfiest ones ive had in japan due to most being really firm elsewhere..kids also loved the little sponges for bathing that take water to grow into animals(very cute) & the hotel themed kids pyjamas they have with the teddybears on them which you will have to get from reception floor across from the check in near the lifts and other amenties like razors toothbrush ect:.|Didnt experience the onsen on the top floor which looked good but there still not upto the times with people having extensive tattoos and not allowing it obvisouly to old times and paranoia of past tense history.|Each floor offers vending machines and microwave which is perfect for reheating your meals and saving a trip down to 7/11 ect:.|All in all great hotel and centrally located minutes from USJ which is why your probaly staying here for please refer to photos for guide as the page looked like it needed a good fix of...

We booked for 4 beds room but the actual room type is 3 single bed plus a extra portable bed which is totally not the same from the photo shown on website and we don’t even have enough space to put our luggage on the floor There were hairs in the bathtub and shower tub and some gross residue in the toilets . We checked in at 11:15pm and when we called the staff respond that the 4 bedsroom type is the way like this ..we can’t do anything about it ..and then she said she will ask her staff to clean the room..what the..it was like almost 12 am ..then I said maybe you can come out with better Solution to help us..since the 4beds room is not supposedly like 3 single beds plus one bed ..it’s ok for the toilets issue we need to rest..she asked us to go to front desk tomorrow again..so when I went to front desk tomorrow again. The staff is not able to communicate in English also no one had notified the situation so we have to explain again..they barely be able To speak English.its very hard to communicate with them..and later one of staff maybe he is supervisor he showed us the photo for the room type I booked and he found out it’s not the same that they provided ..but they also not will ding to do anything TIL I asked maybe you can move the movable bed to the other room which is two single beds room so the the 3beds room plus one bunk bed will accommodate 3 people which was originally 3 single beds room..so I thought maybe this is the end..then when we went back to the room in the evening they accidentally locked one of our room from inside since we booked two room which are Connecting each other so I assumed the housekeeping locked the room from inside and came out from the other room ..oh my god!! And then we need to wait for stuff to open the other room to let us to access into my room...

This is definitely the worst hotel I had booked the service is terribly bad and the staff are not helping nor supportive .they just ignored their customers
