Overall experience was good . Owner chef was super friendly & accommodating . Was there for lunch & they only have set lunch + dinner . Not much of choices of foods because there is no ala carte but if you have any preference of what you would like to have . Owner chef - Nakayama san is more willing to listen to cater to your taste .

This should never have been allowed to be included in the prep. Second point, cutlery. In between dishes it is not acceptable to use the same knife and fork for the next ( fish) dish.
