Sakanaryori Fujii — Restaurant in Osaka

If you want an authentic and enjoyable Japanese restaurant experience, Sakanaryori Fujii is worth finding. Starting with the presentation of the room, the addition of traditional music and seeing the chef's at work on the fresh ingredients, everything is carefully and beautifully arranged; the complementing and garnishing of each of the different plate parts and small crockery dishes for colour, texture and flavour is artfully done. The food was fresh, delicious and subtle. You can be accommodated as a single, couple, or a larger group and private rooms are available. All staff were delightful and with 4 chefs working on the different stations, meals were quick. We had the meal set that had 10 different components and sashimi tuna on rice meal. Après trois semaines au Japon, première Grande déception, Le menu était uniquement en japonais. Nous avons utilisé Google traduction mais c’était très compliqué. Nous avons demandé si il y avait un menu en anglais et la réponse a été négative. Je viens de voir dans les photos qu’il y un menu en photo. Étrange, on nous l’a pas offert. Nous aurions aimé prendre des sashimis comme entrée mais c’était impossible de se comprendre alors nous avons opté pour une salade. Nous étions installés au comptoir et jamais de contacts avec les quatre cuisiniers derrière le comptoir. Après plus d’une heure d’attente, toujours pas d’assiette de poisson. La serveuse était très désolé de nous annoncé qu’elle avait omis de commander nos plats au cuisiner. Nous ne voulions pas attendre encore, alors nous avons quitté. 広い大きなお店でした。平日、12時半頃、２人待ちました。 案内も丁寧、メニューが豊富、やかましくない客層、そして美味しかったです。 ひつまぶし♡ ぜひご利用ください（笑） 追記 R5.12 健診結果を確認した後に再訪問。土曜日開店すぐに。今回はカウンターに案内されました。２席を１人用としてパーテーションで仕切っています。お寿司と天ぷらのセットはなかったので、お造り＆天ぷら定食で。 赤だしと小松菜の揚げ浸しは、わたしには濃い味でした。お造りには大好物のサワラの炙りがあってラッキー♡でした。しっとりとした触感でした。 天ぷらは、これミニ玉ねぎ？と思ったのが立派な貝柱で得した気分（笑）ピンクの粗塩もしくは天つゆでいただきます。

残念だったのがごはんです。ごく普通のお味ですが、ちっちゃなお茶碗に盛り上げた出し方です。量的には、大茶碗一杯のボリュームで、また晩ごはん不要でした。 このよそおい方はビジュアル的に好みではなかったです。 店構えは女性が好みそうな和食のお店という感じですが、ボリュームはがっつり男子だと思います。美味しければ残さないようにと思っていますが、おかずも豊富なので、ご飯抜きで呑む、これかなぁと次のプランを考えています。 R6.10 年１回の定期健診後にまた寄りました。メニューが多いので選ぶのに困りました。相変わらず量が多め。絶食しているのに１人前食べきると動くのが辛くなります（笑） お寿司を食べたかったのですけど 10貫プラス 鉄火巻きは食べきれないです。その値段ならひつまぶし...
