I had an amazing experience at Teppan. As a first time taster of Wagyu Beef I couldn't have been happier. The menu had a wide range of Wagyu at various price points and allowed you to try the various parts of the cow. We went for the premium sirloin, top blade, shoulder and hanging tender. I would highly recommend this perfectly located restaurant just off the main piste in Tsugaike!

Amazingly, perfectly cooked wagyu with a delicate light sauce over fluffy rice made my day. We also got grilled squid and seared scallops wich were soft and tender, seared perfectly and melted in the mouth. 10/10 deliciousness

Stated here the closing time is 5 pm but it was closed when we went at 4:45pm. Takeout is only possible during the winter time when we enquired the shop earlier in the day.
