Selected and dined based on the positive reviews, would not recommend nor return.

We joined for dinner, and arrived to a full dinning floor. The host suggested it would be a 20 min wait, ended up at 40 min before being seated.

We sat with three other tables, and didn't see our main meals for close to an hour. The waiter was overloaded, but the other waitress seemed aloof. When the food did arrive, the main (pork) was cold. The wine was spoiled, and despite request, was not replaced or refunded.

Ordered the Carbonara Udon and Pork and Rice - the pork was torched on the table which was very cool to see, and the carbonara was generous with Parmesan cheese. This place rocks! The staff is super kind and helpful. It’s right next to the Tsugaike Gondola (literally across the street). It’s close to a few rental shops.
