We visited Wagyu Hotpot as a family of six, including two vegetarians, and were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful vegetarian course. It didn’t feel like an afterthought—the mushroom dashi broth was a standout, and our vegetarian parents absolutely raved about it. For the meat lovers, the pork was stellar, and the overall quality of ingredients made it great value for the price.

However, the service fell short. Soup top-ups required multiple prompts, and we felt rushed and flustered when asked to order drinks immediately upon arrival, even before settling in or taking off our coats. A bit more attentiveness and warmth from the staff would have greatly improved the experience.

Food was ok, not cheap. But service was horrible. First, the lady told us we one drink included in each of our meal. But then billed us for it! After I told them, they refuse to do anything about it! Then, they forget about our desert, after repeatedly remind them, and then told them to make it to go, they finally bring it out, but it was not in to go.
