Stopped here on the way back from Mt Fuji. Cute little town. One of the first ones to step in . Excellent omakase option as a set menu. We sat at the larger table and there are a few seats at the bar. Service is super quick and friendly. Don’t forget to stop by the sweets place just outside of the restaurant on your way back to the train station. Wish I’d had more time to walk around the town

2016/09 訪問 大月。 先日、所用があって僕はこの駅に生まれて初めて降り立った。 山梨県の（多分）東京寄りの山奥のこの地は駅の周囲を見渡すと、まさに山、山、山だ。 降り立った時間はお昼真っ只中、ランチが食べたい時間だ。 そんな中で僕は見つけてしまった・・・お寿司屋さんを。 僕はお寿司に目がない人間なので、何も考えずこちらのお店の中へ。 ・・・しかし、気づいたのだ、「ここは奥深い山の中」って。 ネタは鮮度が命（多分）、ひょっとするととんでもないのが出てきたり・・・なんか思ったりして。 ま、それはそうと一番安いセットものの握りを注文した。 で、出てきた握りは・・・美味そう！ そして口に入れると・・・美味し！ うん、何の違和感も無いにぎり鮨だ。 やっぱり、今の時代は冷蔵技術も発達しているから山あいにあろうと関係ないんだろうね。 満足して目的地に向かったのでした。 それにしても、お店の方が作っていた押し寿司、美味そうだったな・・・。

駅おりてすぐ目に付く　連泊の中そろそろ寿司でもと思ったときに思い出して夜行ってみた　お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない寿司セット　味は及第点でした　リーズナブルなのでまた行き...
