久しぶりにちゃんぽんが食べたくなり、このお店を訪れました。注文したのは太めん皿うどん。この太めんは一般的な揚げた細麺ではなく、中太の中華麺を半面だけ焦げ目をつけて焼いた特徴的な麺でした。焦げ目のついた部分はカリッと香ばしく、もう一方の焦げ目がない部分はもちっとした食感が楽しめます。この絶妙な食感のコントラストが素晴らしかったです。 また、野菜たっぷりのマイルドな味付けの餡もバランスが良く、とても美味しかったです。セットで頼んだ焼き餃子も絶品で、満足度が高かったです。 このお店はちゃんぽんや皿うどんが好きな方に是非オススメしたいです。焦げ目が絶妙な太めん皿うどんと美味しい焼き餃子を楽しんでください！ I recently visited this restaurant as I had a craving for champon, a popular Japanese dish that originated in Nagasaki, which features a hearty broth filled with a medley of ingredients, including seafood, vegetables, and noodles. I decided to order their Sara-udon dish (fried noodles with Chinese-style sauce), which is another regional specialty closely related to champon. The thick noodles here are not the typical deep-fried thin noodles, but rather, medium-thick Chinese noodles with one side charred for a unique flavor and texture. The charred side provides a crispy, savory taste, while the uncharred side offers a delightfully chewy experience. The contrast between the two textures is absolutely exquisite. This restaurant is an excellent place to experience the delightful flavors of champon and other regional specialties. In addition, the dish comes with a generous serving of vegetables and a mild, well-balanced Chinese-style sauce that was quite delicious.
