I asked for 'seto'. Language barrier aside, I got a sandwich and a drink. And I didn't get MUCH OF A DRINK. That's how much they gave me, they didn't give me fries, and I said the thing that means that... So the A-holes working that day ripped me.
What did you save Lotteria? Half a glass of soda and an order of fries? I'm NEVER coming back, I'm telling my friends, and I'm publicly posting this review saying I got ripped off and the food was not that good. I got ripped off on August 7, around 4pm, at the Oyama Station location. I hope you will teach these people to fill the drinks properly, and hey, I know I'm not a native Japanese speaker, but 'seto' is pretty basic, and I'm not that bad. その日はロッテリア様にて食事をしようと思っていましたが その少し前に体調を崩してしまい（持病）、薬は持っていたのですがそれを飲むための水を失念していました。 セットメニューを頼んで オレンジジュースで薬を飲もうと思ったのですが 勇気を出して「薬を飲むためにお水を頂きたいのですが可能ですか？」と聞くと快くコップにお水を汲んで下さりました。 その節は大変感謝しています。 早くに薬を飲むことで、体調の悪化を防ぐことができましたし 食欲はあったので美味しく食事もできました。
食事を済ませて片付けようとダストボックスに向かった時 「片付けこちらでいたしますよ♩」とお声がけ頂きお言葉に甘えてお願い致しました。
