AJIMAN — Restaurant in Ozu

Wanting ramen for dinner, we googled n found this place, Ajiman.

It's not exactly easy to locate as it's off the main road, nested in some residential quiet area.

Inside the restaurant, it was neatly and tastefully decorated. There are 4 tables of traditional style floor sitting available. Also, there are 4 to 5 bar counter sitting. Interesting place....

Probably originally, it was meant to be a drinking house serving light bite. They serve Taiwan n Thai beer as well.

We ordered the fried rice and Ajiman ramen. The taste was alright, noodles were not too bad.

Service was mediocre, staffed by 2 young guys who just did their job.

Price wasn't the cheapest but reasonable enough. They also charge for a small tofu/beef slice appetiser dish which we didn't order. The boys just brought up to us which we thought was a free gesture that some eateries have. It was 300y, no big deal but we should have been told.

店の雰囲気がよく、トイレに俺たちのフィールド？仮面ライダーの作者の絵とサインがある。 トイレの中にはダンディーなキカイダーとサインがありました。 料理はどれも美味しかったです。特にピザはジューシーでパリパリの生地で最高でした。 このお店（あじまん）で初めて食べた山ウニという謎の食べ物は非常に美味でした。味が濃いのでつけ合わせのキュウリと一緒に食べるとキュウリの水分で山ウニの味が口の中いっぱいに広がり、緻密に考えられた料理となっていました。 日本酒のつまみで食べたらサイコーだと思います。 （山ウニは豆腐を味噌に漬け込んだものだと思います。濃厚） 最後にあじまんラーメンを食べたのですが口に入れた瞬間、ビビビッときました。 何故か懐かしい感じがしたのですが思い出せなかったのが残念です。 ラーメン居酒屋の名の通り、美味しいラーメンでした。 店のカウンター内に麺を茹でるテボ？が５～６ぶら下がっており、店のラーメン熱が熱々なのを感じました。 ちなみにラー...
