Edit: asked someone to call, and they responded with IT problem. I didn't get any emails or in the browser message about cancelation. In fact, it's an active order.
Customer service must be terrible. Usually, if mistake happens, it's on the house, but not at domino's in Japan. Hopefully I will get money back in a few days.
My address didn't change from the last order before this one. You have the option to cancel the order and let me know in app or email, because I don't have Japanese phone number and will be forced to call outside Japan. order is still active when I check.
