古くは、浦和のさくら草通りの地下にあった老舗フレンチです。 その時代は、よく通わせていただきました。 １度さいたま芸術劇場に移転してから、再び浦和に戻ってきてからは、行く機会がなかったのですが、ようやくディナーでお邪魔することができました。

デギュスタシオンコースを頼み、白赤1本づつ飲みました。コースは7品でどれも美味しくいただきました。ワインも飲み頃に温度管理されていて、ワインに合わせたグラスでソムリエさんが提供してくれるので、とても美味しく飲むことができました。 パンも食べ放題でお腹一杯になりました。 このクオリティで6000円を切るディナーコースはコスパ良すぎますね。

天井が高く解放感のある店内、ホールの方の行き届いたホスピタリティーの中で、くつろいで食事を楽しむことができました。 山田さんもお元気にされていて本格フレンチなのにアットホームな雰囲気を醸し出していました。
