"山居倉庫"から新井田川を下り河口付近の酒田港運河沿いにある"さかた海鮮市場"奥、"海洋センター"に隣接する古い倉庫をリノベーションし、新たに開業された店舗群。 店舗直ぐそばの運河に遊漁船が停泊しているのでイメージは、金森赤レンガ倉庫と言うよりは西波止場壱番館。 ランチ目的で訪問した際は中華系店舗が12月からとされていましたが、イカ、海鮮、拉麺、唐揚げ、フライものの5店舗が営業していて、飛島イカ恋食堂のイカ刺しタップリの3色定食（イカ刺し、オクラ、鳥そぼろ）を頂きました。 イカ刺しはイカそうめんに近く、船凍イカならではの透明でプリプリ食感は、ほかではなかなか味わえないと思います。 また、定食一つ一つについてくる"いか肝醤油"がイカの甘味を際立たせ、思わずお土産に買ってしまいました。 尚、定食の温玉とイカの塩からはおかわり自由で、このイカの塩からが秀逸で２回もおかわりをしてしまいました。 更に、天候に恵まれ、店舗外のテラステーブルで微かに運河から運ばれる潮風にあたりながらの食事で心も体もゆったりできました。 地元の同行者に聴く限りは、酒田はイカ漁が盛んで、夜の酒田近海はいか釣り船の灯りで輝いているとのこと。次は同施設内にあるレンタル釣具屋さんの金沢から引っ越してきたと言う店長さんに飛島観光と海釣りを手配して頂き、酒田の食（特に海鮮）を満喫したいと想...
