Stayed in Sakata on a Tohoku road trip and stopped here for breakfast. Amazing quality kaisendon and seafood. Staff were kind, warm and patient despite the language barrier.
Easy, free parking out the front.
Incredible value for money. Bowls ranged from 700 to 2000. I genuinely can’t believe we paid what we did. Probably would have cost double in a bigger city.
