Best sourdough I've had in Japan. I had the strawberry mille-feuille, it was delicious. Lightly sweetened whipped cream, a velvety creamy vanilla custard, small tart strawberries, a buttery flaky crispy puff crust. The pâtissier is an artist and flavors were balanced. To drink, I ordered an Americano, well-brewed, dark chocolate notes, slightly fruity, nutty and delicious. If their pastry and coffee was that good I had to order the sourdough loaf to go. It is the best sourdough I've ever had in Japan. It isn't a Japanese style fluffy loaf. It is a flavorful sourdough loaf. Came home and ate half. Toasted with butter and gouda. It was crispy, crunchy, and everything you want in a sourdough. The crumb is scrumptious and the crust was perfect. If you love sourdough, you'll love this place. Many reviews talked about the price, it is in my opinion worth it. The baker has taken so much time and work to make a healthy and delicious loaf of bread that has taken days from start to finish. You are buying art at a great price. Highly recommended! I will be back. Definitely support this hidden gem!

佐野こどもの国すぐ近くにあるパン屋さん。 ここ目当てで来ましたが、パンがめちゃくちゃ種類あるし、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。 食べても食べても、いくらでも食べれるくらい。 古民家をリノベした雰囲気も良き。 PayPayなどのオンライン決済もできるので、嬉しい！

ナビで行ったものの えっ?!道間違えてる？とナビを疑ってしまうような場所にあります。 大通りから細い山道のような所に入り、数件の民家の先という感じです。車が結構止まっている場所があったので ここかな！？と入っていったレベルです。 建物は古民家風でオシャレ。ただ、店内はイートインスペースが少しあるだけで外観ほど広くはありません。住居なのか休憩室なのか1階半分と2階のスペースは使われていません。 また入口には日本酒がたくさん飾られていて、中から出てきたお客さんがパンを持っていたから間違いないよな•･･･と入りましたが、何も上方が無い状態で入るのは躊躇しちゃいそうです。はっきり言って場所は悪いです。ただ、場所が場所なだけに静かではありました。 パンは他店と違い　自分で好きなものをトングで取るのでは無く、店員さんに　コレとコレを何個と伝えるスタイルです。今はコロナでマスクをしていますが、マスクフリーになった時には　お客さんとパンの間に低い仕切があるだけなので　お客さんの唾は入りまくるだろうな•･･･と思いました。もちろん現在はホコリ等、入りまくります。•･･･なので私的には清潔感は若干マイナスかな？と思いました。 そして　お店のコンセプトとしてゴミを削減する為にとの事でビニール袋等を使わない。紙とも減らすというのは分かります。ただ、他店ではパン1つ1つを袋に入れてくれますが、その分の袋代も請求されます。責めて、その分は無料とかなら分かるけど　ゴミを減らすという名目で、ただ単に経費削減？と思ってしまいます。普通、エコバッグなどに入れるにもパンそのまま入れる人は居ないので。とりあえず初めで分からなすぎて言われるがままの枚数を購入しましたが、その入れ方もありえない。甘いタルトとフランクのハードパン、クリームパンが一緒に入れられていたので　どれもこれもタルトの表面が付いててベットリ。プロなら　もう少しまともに入れて欲しいです。（バッグの代わりになる移動する袋は別途掛かります。） また、店主の奥さんと思われるパンを焼いている人が居るのですが　たまたま焼場から出てきていたのに「いらっしゃいませ」も「ありがとうごさいました」も無し。接客魚としてはゼロ点です。はっきり言えば無愛想。 パン自体は、美味しいけど値段相応かな？ 特に通いたくなる程の味では無いかな？他店でも食べられる味。ただ、まずくは無いです。
