Sano Aodake Teuchi Ramen Yamato — Restaurant in Sano

Date of enjoyment: 09/4/25 Came here on our journey towards Tohoku and heard that Sano has very famous handmade noodles and decided to drop by here. We ordered the seasonal special filled with ginger and wonton, marinated egg ramen, let’s start with the broth is slightly under flavoured, it’s very light and it was not something I was expecting. However I think this is on purpose, the noodles and the toppings are amazing here. The wontons are on point, just like how I had it back in Hong Kong, the noodles are chewy and firm and definitely encourages multiple bites for the same mouthful. The char Siu was also thick and tasty, there’s a good mix of fat and meat which makes it moist rather than dry. We added additional veggies and seaweed. If you come visit Japan this is a must try place! It’s a little far from Tokyo but absolutely worth it. Food and service is great too they’re fast and efficient. It does get packed fast so I would suggest coming around 10:45 you can place your order and wait on the side they start making the order in advance and once they open at 11:00 the food is ready to serve. 出汁が強くスープは色薄めのやや脂多めの佐野ラーメンです。他の佐野ラーメン店より脂が多く麺が美味い。ツルツルシコシコでした。大満足です。餃子も大きくて（一品香より小さめ）皮もモチモチで美味い。ただ、入店のマニュアルがあり年寄や機械オンチの方はわかりづらい。不慣れな一見さんの老夫婦が戸惑ってました。そのため受付渋滞ができてました。今回は11時30分頃受付、入店は12時20分でした。待ちは16番目でした。 受付の流れは ①入口横の受付票をとる ②すぐ横の注文発券機で注文する ③中にいる店員さんに注文票を渡す ④呼ばれるまで外で待つ ＊受付票のＱＲコードを読み込み、呼び出しが近づいたらメールがくるので自分は、車の中で待機しました。【日向屋と同じ】 行列は佐野ラーメンでも上位です。行列と面倒な注文が嫌な人は行かないのがいいですね。平日なのに車のナンバーの八割は地元（とちぎ）以外のナンバーばかりでした。 つくば、熊谷、八王子、品川、大宮、春日部など 昼飯のサラリーマンは時間がかかり過ぎで昼休みでは無理。

7月某日（平日）猛暑日。一ヶ月ぶりに遅め（それでも11時00分）に訪問。既に店前の駐車場は満車。受付け済ませ食券を買おうとしたら、その【待ち】が10〜15人。おそらく食券買うだけで40〜50分、さらにその後の待ちが30〜60分。平日の11時00でこれでは（笑）一見さんが多すぎてさらに複雑なシステムで食券買って待つまでに相当時間がかかりそうなのと、あまりの暑さに今日は別の店にします。 ここは余程暇な時以外は辞めたのがいいと思います。次は開店前10時00〜10時30分頃来るしか無いですね。

８月末(平日11時20分頃訪問)やはり８〜９割が他県ナンバー(仙台、習志野、群馬、那須、水戸、つくば、川口、大宮、春日部、熊谷、杉並、世田谷など)地元ナンバーはパッと見て２台だけ。店内は既に満席、さらに私が20組待ち。 待つのが嫌な人は、人気店でもキャパの広い他の店にいったのがいい。名前出すとそっちが並ばなくてはならなくなるので言いませんけど。その店は12時00分頃でも運良ければすぐに入れます。今日は一見さんらしき方が受付けして食券を買った後も店の前で待機してる方がいたので(食券購入待ちの場所)しばらく食券が買えなかった。5〜10分ロスしました。いずれにしてもシステムが一見さんだと分かりづらい。慣れれば車内で待ちメールをま...
