シロイシ バル サンケー — Restaurant in Sapporo

I can't for the life of me recommend any foreigner comes here.

I first tried visiting on a Friday night (which would undoubtedly be busy) there were a group of piss drunk Japanese people harassing us outside the restaurant. We tried to go in, seeing as it looked empty. In typical Japanese fashion, we were shown the hand "X" sign. Okay I guess either the table is reserved and can't seat us or they weren't feeling like having a foreigner in.

I ate somewhere else and came back some 40 mins after to find those tables exactly as they were earlier!

Alas, a 2nd visit (bcs I really wanted cheap pizza) and we were seated. The pizza took 45 mins to be served and was nearly tasteless. The only good part about the pizza was the cheese, to their benefit.
