The food here is pretty great. Didn’t know what to expect walking in but was pleasantly surprised at 1. the amount of food that you get in a set and 2. how they managed to make boring okayu into an enjoyable meal. It was pretty busy when we went for brunch on a weekend so expect to line up for a table if luck isn’t on your side. One downside is how complicated the menu is to figure out. It’s like they went out of their way to make it as least intuitive as possible for people who aren’t familiar with their style of ordering. The ice cream at the end was a treat to look at more so than it was a treat for the mouth haha. It was all very aesthetic (to the point of being impractical as the honey started leaking on to the table a bit after a while). Definitely a camera pleaser as this place is uber photogenic. But it was just a basic vanilla soft serve scooped in a wooden box. It’s a go for the Gram so don’t expect too much from it - as long as you keep that in mind, it should be an overall great experience.

Visited this place hoping for just a good cup of coffee and found they offered zosui rice soup with Ishikari nabe salmon flavor which is seasonal and it was Devine! Of course coffee was good too. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were kind. Will definitely come back!

住宅街の中にあるオシャレなお店です。ZO-SUI set（雑炊）の焼煮干し出汁に合挽肉の時雨煮と5種野菜自家製セミドライきのこを注文。出汁は他にも鶏や海老味噌なども選べます。食材は北海道産の厳選食材、調味料は不使用、野菜は自社農園の緑屋から仕入れています。味は自分好みで組み合わせることが出来て鶏もサラダも美味しいです。デザートは和のサンデー（黒ゴマ×メープルシロップ）とアイスコーヒーにしました。和のサンデーは他にもきな粉、山椒、抹茶などが選べます。牛乳はタカナシ乳業、ソフトクリームは函館大沼山川牧場のものを使用しています。シロップとゴマとクリームが絶妙に合っていて、下にはあんこが入っていて混ぜると更に美味しいです。コーヒーは札幌新琴似のJINNOcoffeeのオリジナルブレンドと上質なコーヒー豆を使用しています。個人的に北海道の中でもトップクラスのフォトジェニックなお店だと思います。オープン後11:45の時点で席が埋まっていて予約対応になるぐらい人気のお店なのでランチは早目に行くことをお勧めします

大人気店と知りつつ予約なしで訪問しました。 オープンを狙って早めに到着するも、既に待っている人が４組ほど。それ以外にも駐車場にどんどん車が入ってきていました。

とりあえず並んでみました。 オープンすると店員さんが予約のお客さんを呼んで順番に入店。予約なしの私達でしたが、なんとか滑り込みました。次から絶対予約します！

さて、お食事ですが、雑炊と数種類の副菜からなりたっているようです。出汁が3種類から選べるようで、私はシンプルに鶏出汁、友人は海老の出汁にしました。さらにそこから、それぞれ5種類くらいから具材が選べて、トッピングもたのしめます。本当に本当に迷って、こちらもシンプルに豚肉とキノコの雑炊にしました。ドリンクも沢山の種類から選べます。こちらはほうじ茶ラテにしました。本当迷わせてくる。全部食べてみたい。

お味は体にじんわり染み渡っていくような優しい味わいです。普段いただくのも勿論良いですが、弱っている時や寒い日に欲するお料理だなと思いました。雑炊だと物足りないかなと思いきやそんなこともなかったです。それだけでも満足だし、デザート食べようと思ったら軽く食べられちゃう、そんな感じでした。
