[Detailed review] A must-try dessert cafe in Sapporo. Located in the middle of the down town and very convenient to visit.🍨Had a pleasant experience in delicious parfait and service. 🍵Recommended Matcha parfait and hot Kurosengoku tea (Black soybean). The Matcha parfait comes with thick and rich Matcha, Sesame, and Vanilla flavour ice cream. The cafe serves free iced water but I think it would be better to try the parfait with hot tea. I was looking for a parfait that specifically mentioned using Hokkaido Milk and this was the place!

The interior was nice and I really liked the ceiling lights. The seats by the large windows were also enjoyable to sit in.

The dessert was delicious. I'm not too sure but perhaps they are using actual pasturized milk because there is more of a slight gritty texture to the parfait which I quite liked! I also thought the design of the dessert was pretty when served in the martini glass.
