Pasco Yume Pan Kobo — Restaurant in Sapporo

this bakery was one of the most memorable places in sapporo for me thanks to the quality of their bakes. they had the best cream cheese garlic bread i've ever had and i'll be sure to make a trip here the next time i'm in sapporo!

their other bakes are also really good and have great value-for-money (one huge loaf of cheddar bread for 440 yen)! it's best to go early to avoid the crowd, ideally by 10 as almost all of their bakes are available then! there's also a quaint sheltered seating area outside which fits around 20 pax if you'd like somewhere to eat and...

Wow!!! I love their 雪の女王 bread !!! So crispy on the outside and so smooth inside!!! They put schedule for fresh bake… but also the time when the breads are available, all people just directly buy them… gone in a seconds!

改悪、パスコは趣というやつを取り去ろうとして、つまらないパン屋にするつもりか？ と言うより既につまらないパン屋に成り下がった。

イートインコーナーは撤去され駐車場になった。 下品な呼び込み用の幟が現れた。

パンそれ自体だけで無く、販売する店舗の雰囲気も含めて販売するものだと思うが、そうしたロマンを一つずつ剥がして行きボストンベーカリーと大差が無くなった。

超熟は確かに美味いし、イングリッシュマフィン、塩パンも美味い でもそれだけ

ペンギンベーカリーでも近所に出店したら大打撃を受けるだろうなぁ

通称ヒゲパン、それは以前ヒゲのパン屋という旧称だったから。

ヒゲのパン屋時代は駐車場はあえて未舗装で、イートインコーナーもナチュラル風味、レジ前のモニターには許可を得ているのかどうか不明であるが、ジブリの映画をエンドレスで流し続けていた、横浜出身の意識高いパン屋だった。

それがある日バスコに売却されると、こだわりの未舗装駐車場はあっという間に舗装され、ナチュラル風味は薄まった。

とは言え、手稲近辺のパン屋で充分な広さの駐車場があり、超熟とイングリッシュマフィンに塩パンというキラーアイテムを３つも持っている戦闘力がある店はここ以外無い。

それ以外にも超熟を使ったサンドイッチ、焼きたてのピザ、チーズがたっぷり入ったコッペパンとか旨いパンがありすぎて困る。

レジ横にはコーヒーと紅茶のサービスがあり、夏はテラス、冬場はイートインで飲みながらパンを食べるのが良い。
