Rana Burger Maruyama — Restaurant in Sapporo

Price is on the very expensive side. Bunsize does not change only the meat. So a sapporo burger, with only a bun, pattie sauce is priced at 1150yen?? Extra topping cheese melt cost 250yen and cheddar cheese topping at 100yen. A DISCOUNTED price of 280yen for a 180ml ginger ale is highway robbery.

I was went to jacksonville earlier this week and they had so much more choices with abit more thought into pricing. Although free lettuce did cool me down abit.

Now for the Rana hamburger i had... I believe a few grades of beef was used to mixed the patty. Although the meat was juicy, the patty tends to lose its structure very fast and you better have a plate under that burger or you will have pieces of meat dribbling everywhere.i believe a burger should fit in your hands and the insides should hold with both your pinky. Im into my burgers and these things are not hard to get right..infact its sooo easy to get a burger right..which Rana fails to do.They try too hard. Rana burgers are like a muscle head tryna buff up at a gym and dies due to heart failure from excessive roid dose.

Probably the best burger we have had in Sapporo! Each burger comes in varying sizes, up at 260 grams. The patties are handmade and the buns are delicious. My only complaint was with the “spicy” sauce, which wasn’t spicy and not particularly tasty. I would suggest against adding it.

The French Fries are amazing; a large portion for ¥350!

Excellent burgers. Homemade Wahyu patties made from scratch. And dessert was awesome too!

Had the cheese burgers and the jack burger. Both were awesome. My kids loved them and the desserts were unbelievably good too!

You must try the pancakes. We took the cheese and the blueberry pancakes and both were great. I especially love the blueberry ones with Real Fresh Blueberrys stuffed between the batter.
