Soy sauce and miso ramen are both tasty! Broth not too salty. You get to choose the thickness of your noodles. We went for thicker ones which are as good as most of the ramen shops in Japan. Fried chickens are crispy on the outside and juicy inside! Would rate it 5 star :) Overall this ramen shop might not be so special that you come all the way here for it but a good choice if you are around and look for a quick, inexpensive and local meal! Foreigners friendly as you order using the ticket machine with English name of each dish on the button.

Ticket vendor ramen, that is additive free. Vendor has English as well. This location is allergy friendly with wheat free noodles that are cooked separately. Since I'm intolerant to peanuts the miso broth was a no go. So I got the soy sauce broth with wheat-free noodles, and enjoyed it very much. Side seasonings include red pepper, black pepper, and black vinegar. Another plus is there is hand sanitizer available for use.

良くも悪くも好き嫌いがかなり分かれるお店ですが私は大好きなので星5評価です！ 以下、気になる人のために情報を載せます↓ ・めちゃくちゃ混む →夜にはスープ切れで閉店なんてことはザラにあります。絶対食べたいなら昼に行く事をオススメします。ちなみに店内の回転もゆっくりめです。 ・駐車場がない →代わりに近くのパーキングの30分無料券をくれます。 ・店内狭め →手荷物を置く所はほぼありません。特に冬場は色々と嵩張るので最低限の装備で行く事をオススメします。 ・店のこだわりが強い →添加物がどうのこうの、と謳っているのが嫌な人にはオススメしません。一方でこだわり過ぎる人にもオススメしません。 ※冒頭の「良くも悪くも」とは主にこの部分を指しています。 ・味について →私は濃いとも薄いとも感じませんでしたが 強いて言えば塩気より旨みが強いスープだと思いました。 なので純粋な塩味が欲しい人には物足りず、普段から出汁をあまり使わない人には逆に濃く感じてしまうのではないでしょうか？口コミの意見が分かれているポイントだと思います。 ・　家族連れには向いてない、、かも？ →あくまでも私の見解ですが、上記の事から特にお子様連れだとタイミングによっては難しいかもしれません。個人的には無化調ラーメンだからこそ子供に食べてほしいなと思いますけどね。1人で一杯ほぼ食べ切れるくらいだったら大丈夫だと思います。

Ramen was good, I went with the basic miso soup. Beautifully presented. Owner was really friendly and happy to help out & chat with a foreigner (me!) with my very broken Japanese. Lovely little place, would recommend :) will...
