Theres not alot of places thats serve benedicts and pancakes in Sapporo, So i was looking forward to a taste of home.
Unfortunately it wasn't great. We had the benedicts and croque monsieur for lunch. Minimal hollandaise sauce, abit dry on english muffins. I would have prefered bagels. Corn soup was a powder based soup. Green salad was probably the least of my disappointments.
They serve the worlds smallest croque monsieurs. It should be on the guiness book of records. But tastes better than the bene's.
2500yen for a nibble not lunch.
It feels like this place is under abit of a management issues. 2 staffs both covering the floor and kitchen during lunch. I could hear every time there is a walk in, the staff would try and de-motivate the customers to not take a seat due to the long wait times before their food could be served. I know the difference between advising customers of a wait time to a "please dont come in, we are drowning with orders".
This place has so much potential to be better but just slack.
Overall 2 out of 5 stars 2 stars for the food 1 star for service 3 stars...
